No. Everything starts as a draft that waits for your approval. If you would rather not review each one, you can turn on automatic publishing per feature. Automatic review replies are limited to reviews at or above a star rating you choose, and anything below that always comes to you first.
Every change is logged with its previous value, so you can see exactly what changed and put it back. You can also disconnect at any time from your dashboard or revoke access directly in your Google account, which stops everything immediately.
